It’s that time of year again with Christmas fast approaching that I like to put out a reading list to help and inspire you for 2014. Don’t be afraid to ask friends and family to buy them for you for Christmas, much more helpful than socks or toiletries!  

We all want to be happy and that’s why it’s so important  to develop and improve as a person, create your own life, know where you are going and why! It’s also important to work on your relationships. Your relationship with your significant other, when it’s good, can be the highlight of your life.  A difficult, stressful relationship, on the other hand, can actually be hazardous to your health.
